About us

Business Professionals Network (BPN) is a Swiss non-profit foundation founded in 1999 by entrepreneur Jürg Oprecht.

We support small and medium-sized enterprises with growth potential. Our goal is to create sustainable jobs, which is a prerequisite for economic development and poverty reduction. Georgian entrepreneurs who are willing to invest in the development of their companies can make a significant contribution to this. That is why supporting entrepreneurs is our priority.

BPN currently operates in Kyrgyzstan, Nicaragua, Rwanda, Mongolia, and Georgia.

General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and BPN Kyrgyzstan (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "We") governing your use of the Company's website and the terms and conditions of service provision. BPN Kyrgyzstan offers the User the opportunity to purchase educational services through the Website on the terms set forth in these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, the User confirms that he/she wishes to use the services offered by the Company on the Company's website on the terms set forth in this Agreement. Please read these Terms carefully. All Users who wish to use the Company's website must agree to and comply with the Terms set forth below. The Company's administration reserves the right at any time, unilaterally, by publishing on the same website, to make changes to these terms without the additional consent of the User, which shall take effect 24 hours after their publication. Educational program and seminars: The calendar of seminars and events developed by the Foundation, their description and cost are presented on the website. Interested users can purchase any seminar/master class/event that interests them. Discounts are available to participants in the Foundation's program and in other special cases announced in advance by the Foundation. Terms of payment: Payment for the Foundation's paid services can be made in the following ways:

• Online payment by bank card (for both companies and individuals) Personal bank details are entered directly on the bank's website, which fully guarantees data protection and security. • Payment for the service is made by bank transfer based on an invoice that will be sent to the user after registering for the seminar/event (for both companies and individuals).

Refunds

Participants in educational events have the right to request a refund of the amount paid no later than one business day before the start of the seminar/event, which will be transferred to the bank account specified by them.

Refund policy:

If you wish to request a refund, please contact a Fund representative in advance and inform them of your request. To begin the process, you must provide the Fund with your account number, the date of the seminar/event, and the reason for the refund, and send this information to the Fund's email address: info@bpn.kg.

Refund procedure:

• BPN Kyrgyzstan, in the event of a user requesting a refund for a purchased event, undertakes to refund the user 100% of the amount paid by the user for training, only 1 working day before its start. • BPN Kyrgyzstan will reimburse the user for the cost of the purchased training in the manner and amount specified in this article within 10 business days.
