At BPN, we believe that dynamic entrepreneurs have the potential to create sustainable businesses. To unlock this potential, they need a trusted and proven partner. BPN's professional business coaches walk alongside entrepreneurs as trusted partners throughout their growth journey.
BPN provides support to the entrepreneur throughout the program. This helps build mutual trust between the BPN and the entrepreneur and is key to a successful collaboration. Coaching begins with recognizing the entrepreneur's potential. Individualized sessions focus on identifying specific business challenges and opportunities. Our coaches help to find the right ways to solve emerging problems and motivate entrepreneurs to work professionally and honestly.
Thanks to regular coaching sessions, critical situations can be recognized at an early stage and thus prevented. Topics such as personnel management, personal development of the entrepreneur, corruption issues, constructive relations with state authorities and others are addressed during the sessions. But most importantly, during coaching we explore the growth potential of the business, and the entrepreneur is encouraged to set maximally ambitious but realistic goals.
After a rigorous selection process, program participants are trained in the basic principles of business management for two years and are accompanied by our technical experts throughout their development. BPN offers various trainings lasting from 2 to 5 days.
Over the course of two years, BPN participants learn the fundamentals of business management. BPN offers different training modules: 4 business fundamentals workshops lasting 4-5 days each. Topics such as "Entrepreneurship Concept", "Financial Management", "Marketing" and "Leadership" are covered in a practical way based on the daily life of an entrepreneur in Rwanda. Additionally, BPN offers optional modules adapted to the local context and identified needs, such as "Time Management", "Conflict Management", "Rwandan Labor Law", "Banking for SMEs" and others - to enhance professionalism.
BPN trainers are exclusively experts in their specialized fields. Since the seminars are mainly focused on the practical side, the application of the knowledge gained becomes easy and the chances of success increase significantly.
The BPN Business Academy is open to the general public. These trainings, which involve a rich mix of BPN entrepreneurs and other trainees, including representatives of government and financial institutions, also create conditions for experience sharing and networking, providing useful synergies.

The BPN Business Owners Association (BOA) brings together successful alumni companies with common interests to promote constructive business development in Rwanda. To achieve this goal, the association represents the interests of BPN alumni in the public sphere and in relations with government authorities. It is a platform that opens doors for bottom-up dialog with the government.
Entrepreneurs receive continuous support and learning opportunities even after completing the core program. By creating a community of like-minded individuals, we form a strong network that fosters mutual growth and long-term cooperation.
Only graduates of the BPN program are eligible for membership in the BPN Business Owners Association.
Assisting entrepreneurs in organizing finances and establishing formal financial management systems is key to investment readiness. Combined with coaching and training, this support increases understanding of financial management and builds awareness of growth needs and available financing options. Implementing sound financial systems enables entrepreneurs to make informed decisions about financing mechanisms for business expansion.
BPN program participants can receive a BPN loan at a fair interest rate. Entrepreneurs repay the loan based on their specific situation. The BPN loan can be used exclusively for investments in business expansion, such as the purchase of equipment and infrastructure.
