Form and objectives

Feedback is one of the most powerful tools for managing a team. It influences motivation, performance, and company culture. But most leaders give feedback intuitively—and instead of fostering growth, they end up causing resentment, resistance, or “quiet sabotage.” This workshop is designed for those who want to turn feedback into a systematic management tool.

What you'll learn in the workshop:

  • What is a healthy feedback culture, and how does it affect KPIs, work quality, and strategic goals?;
  • how to give feedback in a way that helps employees grow rather than making them feel offended;
  • how to interpret body language and emotional cues to prevent manipulation in a conversation;
  • how to build a system where feedback flows not only from the top down, but also helps leaders identify the “blind spots” in their business;
  • how to use the OS as a tool for managing results, rather than as a tool for criticism;
  • How to foster an atmosphere of trust and openness within a team—based on the H2H (Human to Human) principles.

Practical part:

  • analysis of real-life situations from the participants' own experiences;
  • role-playing exercises: practicing constructive feedback in a safe environment;
  • techniques for reading emotional cues and handling resistance;
  • tools for establishing a company-wide feedback system;
  • Coaching techniques from an ICF-certified expert.

Participant Outcome:

After the workshop, participants:

  • know how to give feedback that motivates rather than demotivates;
  • recognize manipulation and emotional traps in communication;
  • establish two-way communication—from the team to the leader;
  • foster a culture of openness and accountability within the company;
  • use the operating system as a tool for achieving business goals.

Format

Develop the skill of providing constructive feedback Participants will learn how to give feedback in a way that is perceived as support and guidance for growth, rather than criticism. Implement OS as a management tool The workshop will demonstrate how to link feedback to KPIs, work quality, and the company’s strategic goals—transforming it into a systematic management tool. Develop emotional awareness in communication Participants will learn to read body language and emotional cues, understand hidden motives, and resist manipulation in workplace conversations. Build bottom-up feedback The workshop will help create an environment where employees speak honestly about problems, and leaders gain a realistic picture of what is happening in the business. Strengthen Trust Within the Team Participants will master the principles of H2H communication—humane, honest, and respectful—as the foundation of a strong team culture. Reduce “quiet sabotage” and a lack of accountability A well-structured feedback system increases engagement and personal accountability among every team member.

Target Audience

A workshop for business owners, top managers, and executives who want to foster a culture of constructive feedback within their companies and build a strong team based on trust and openness.
