Coaching
BPN's activities worldwide are based on a holistic 4-pillar concept. Embedded in values such as
responsibility and integrity, BPN offers four support services – coaching, training, loans and a
business owners association – that together contribute to the business development in a country.
BPN takes a bottom-up approach, working with entrepreneurs in the field and responding to
the needs as entrepreneurs experience them. We always look at the services we offer through the
lens of attitude/mindset change, rather than offering purely technical skills, as we believe that this
is the true key to success. That is why we work together with entrepreneurs for a minimum of 2
years.
Throughout the entire duration of the program, BPN offers assistance to entrepreneurs. This helps
build mutual trust between BPN and the entrepreneur and is key to a successful collaboration.
This coaching begins with the recognition of the entrepreneur's potential. Individual coaching
serves to identify specific business challenges and opportunities. Our coaches help the
entrepreneur find the right way to go when faced with challenges and they encourage the
entrepreneurs to work professionally and honestly. Thanks to regular coaching sessions, critical
situations can be recognized at an early stage and thereby avoided. Subjects such as HR
management, personal development of the entrepreneur, corruption, sound relations with
authorities, etc. are dealt with during coaching sessions. More importantly, during coaching
sessions, we explore the growth potential of the business, and the entrepreneur is challenged to
aim as high as realistically possible.
